Online program on overcoming presentation and examination anxiety
Fear of presentations or oral and written exams can be extremely anxiety-inducing and even debilitating. This is why an online program for overcoming these anxieties has been developed at TU Dresden’s Chair of Behavioral Psychotherapy. During the program, participants can take a test to find out more about the severity of their anxieties, learn about exam and presentation anxiety and how to overcome their fears in various modules.

Relaxation techniques help to reduce physical and mental stress and promote well-being. The Psychosocial Counseling Office of the Studentenwerk Dresden offers a seminar on autogenic training.

Finding a psychotherapist
If you find yourself in a difficult psychological situation that you are suffering from, cannot cope with on your own, or has been going on for a long time, it is worth seeking psychotherapeutic help. Addiction
Smoking Cessation Center
If you want to stop smoking, the Rauchfreizentrum (Smoking Cessation Center) at Dresden University Hospital offers group programs to help you quit. These are based on the Smoke-Free Program, a smoking cessation approach based on scientific findings in addiction medicine.
