Take care of yourself - new mindfulness courses starting soon
This October, the popular mindfulness courses will again go into a new round.
Based on the program of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction of Jon Kabat-Zinn, the TU Dresden, in cooperation with the Techniker Krankenkasse, is offering three free courses on mindfulness-based stress reduction for employees and students at the TK-Punkt in the winter semester of 2022/23.
The registration is possible from October 12 here.
Those who would like to test this offer at first can do so at two trial courses during the Week of Health. You will find the exact program in November here.
