New employees at the University Health Service
Two new colleagues from the University Health Service have recently started working on the topic of Occupational Integration Management (BEM) at TU Dresden.
Maxi Paulus has been working as a BEM representative at TUD since November 2018. In addition, she accompanies TUD Conflict Management in cooperation with the conflict mediators. Ms Paulus is a work and organisational psychologist and has previously worked in the field of Occupational Health Management in a management consultancy. Now, she wants to focus more on the individual employee. In order to give the most comprehensive advice possible, Ms Paulus is currently undergoing further training to become a Disability Manager. "Together with the integration team, I would like to be your trustworthy contact person if you suffer from a work-related illness or if you need the support of your employer in matters of health restrictions affecting your ability to work".
Since April 2018, Anett Finger has been working at TUD Occupational Health Service as an Occupational Medical Assistant. Additionally, Ms Finger has been supporting the organisation of the BEM talks since the beginning of 2019. "Please contact me to make an appointment for a BEM interview with the integration team."
Ms Paulus and Ms Finger are bound to secrecy and confidentiality.
If you have any questions about BEM, please do not hesitate to contact Ms Paulus on 463-35625 or Ms Finger on 463-36199. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to: bem@mailbox.tu-dresden.de.
