To this end, the TUD and Techniker Krankenkasse are inviting all employees and students to take part in the nutrition campaign "Winter Power: Strong Nutrition in the Winter Semester" from January 7 to January 21, 2025.

The free online lecture is intended to support everyday grocery shopping.
Finally, there will be the opportunity to put the knowledge gained into practice in an interactive online cooking workshop on the topic of "Meal Prep".
