I am a Research Associate at the Chair of Vocational Education and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Education. In my research, I focus on inequalities in the transition from school to vocational training and on the development of vocational skills. In teaching, I supervise courses in the degree programs Teacher Training - Vocational Schools and Vocational Education and Personnel Capacity Building.
