ERPP study Saxony 2023 published at symposium

On Wednesday, 27.03.24, the research report of the accompanying study of the project "Beratungsstelle Pflegeausbildung Sachsen" was ceremoniously published at the symposium "Erfahrungsraum praktische Pflegeausbildung". The team of the project "Beratungsstelle Pflegeausbildung Sachsen", namely Kristin Klinner, Martin Fritzenwanker and Marcus Windisch, had invited.In addition to stakeholders in practical nursing training in Saxony (practice instructors, teachers and nursing service managers), representatives of the Saxon State Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Cohesion were also present. State Secretary Ms. Dagmar Neukirch and Mr. Marko Jaksch answered questions from the audience in a panel discussion, among other things.

The research report presents the results of the study "Erfahrungsraum praktische Pflegeausbildung" (ERPP Study Saxony 2023), which was carried out as part of the first phase of the model project "Beratungsstelle Pflegeausbildung Sachsen" from September 2022 to August 2023.this project was carried out at the TUD Dresden University of Technology at the Chair of Health and Nursing / Vocational Didactics and funded by the Saxon State Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Cohesion. The study includes a multi-perspective analysis of various topics related to practical nursing training in Saxony. These include the causes of training drop-outs in the nursing profession, the particular challenges of practical instruction, the forms and problems of cooperation between training locations and the need for support and advice services. It is therefore aimed equally at nursing service managers, practical instructors, nursing teachers and trainees in the nursing profession.
