Teaching kitchen
Since the 2018/19 winter semester, students studying Teacher Training - Middle Schools and the vocational Department of Food, Nutrition and Home Economics have had optimal conditions to acquire and deepen their basic knowledge and practical skills in the field of nutrition and consumer education. The combination of the seminar rooms with the state-of-the-art teaching kitchen gives students the opportunity to combine theoretical and practical content in a targeted manner and to test themselves in teaching-learning arrangements.
