University of Trento
Table of contents
There have been close relationships between the University of Trento and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at TU Dresden since the 1990s. The partnership has a special focus on joint double degree programmes. The first joint study programme was completed in 1997. Since then, there has been a regular exchange of lecturers and students.

- comprehensive university (focal areas: sociology, engineering science, economics) with about 1,200 lecturers and about 16,000 students; ten faculties, four of which in humanities and social sciences
- international partnerships in the framework of the Euroregion Euregio (Tyrol – Alto Adige – Trentino) to encourage mobility between the universities of Trento, Bolzano and Innsbruck
