Stefan Michel now member of the Historical Commission for Thuringia

On March 21, 2025, Stefan Michel was appointed as a member of the Historical Commission for Thuringia, a scholarly society tasked with researching "the history of Thuringia in all its areas". Professor Michel represents church history here. He is being honored for his diverse research into the history of the Reformation and piety in early modern Lutheranism.
