The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science is seeking to fill the

Chair (W3) of Theoretical Philosophy

at the Institute of Philosophy.

The Chair of Theoretical Philosophy will represent theoretical philosophy in research and teaching across as broad a systematic spectrum as possible, with core research areas in one or two subfields of theoretical philosophy (e.g., metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of language). Candidates are expected to have a publication portfolio with international visibility, as well as experience and expertise in at least one of the following areas: logic, metaphysics, epistemology, or philosophy of language.
