­Conference in Cooperation with the Charles University in Prague

In 2017, an international conference series was initiated in cooperation with one of our LL.M.-partner Universities, the . The aim of the conference series is to discuss current legal topics from a comparative point of view. June 01, 2024, marks the one-year anniversary of the launch of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and thus the new EU Patent System. Therefore, the International Conference on 19 June 2024 in Dresden will give rise to a critical inventory from in- and outside of the system, specifically voices from the Czech Republic, England and Germany. In the afternoon, doctoral candidates will present posters on their research.
