The second edition of the commentary on the Digital Services Act has been published by Nomos Verlag
The new edition of the commentary on the Digital Services Act, edited by Prof. Benjamin Raue (University of Bonn) and Prof. Franz Hofmann (Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg), has been published! The new edition provides an updated analysis of the constantly evolving legal framework for digital services.
The new edition addresses current developments in digital platform law and takes into account not only initial practical experience but also the most recent case law from the European Court of Justice and national courts. In addition, it provides a comprehensive overview of the ever-growing body of legal scholarship at the German and European levels.
JProf. Kaesling also contributed to this new edition. Her contributions address several provisions concerning very large online platforms (VLOPs) and very large online search engines (VLOSEs).
