Published: Article on the Data Act

In June 2024, an article by JProf. Kaesling on the Data Act was published in the journal GRUR. The article deals with B2B and B2C data access and its role for data-driven innovation in the area of tension between data maximization and data economy. The article is based on her presentation at the GRUR Annual Conference 2023.
