Guest lecture by Benjamin L. von Rueden and Brian A. Jones as part of the lecture "Patent Law around the World- US Patent Law"

As part of the lecture "Patent Law around the World- US Patent Law", US patent attorneys Mr. Benjamin L. von Rueden and Mr. Brian A. Jones shared their expertise. Mr. Benjamin L. von Rueden gave a lecture on "US Patent Proceedings in a Global Context". Based on an introduction to US patent law, the main differences between US and European patent practice were discussed. Mr. Brian A. Jones spoke about the enforcement of patents in the United States, covering enforcement before the Federal District Court and the International Trade Commission as well as review proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
