Patent Law Around the World

This Week is 🌎"Patent Law Around the World Week" in JProf. Kaesling's Lecture on Patent Law.  The Week started with presentations by Brian Jones and Benjamin von Rueden, who provided highly interesting insights into the US-Patent System. The Requirement to first-file (and foreign filing licenses), the grace period and the role of juries in patent infringement cases were among the aspects provoking the most discussions.  Later in the week, Mina Hosseini, Melanie Szweras and Rommy Morales will joing us and share their expertise regarding Patent Law in Iran, Canada and Mexico.
