Lecture on systemic risks in the Digital Services Act at the Institute for Law and Digitization in Trier

On 5 September 2025, JProf. Kaesling gave a lecture on systemic risks in the Digital Services Act as part of the annual conference of the Institute for Law and Digitization at the University of Trier. In her presentation, JProf. Kaesling focused in particular on the interaction between different stakeholders, the role of knowledge and knowledgeability and the concretization of systemic risks as a dogmatic task. This was followed by a lively discussion moderated by Prof. Husovec (LSE).
