Publications on the AI Act: The AI Act came into force on August 1, 2024. We have analyzed the new EU regulation and its impact in two articles.

The AI Act came into force on 1 August 2024. We analysed the new EU Regulation and its implications in two contributions co-authored by members of the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property, Media and Data Protection Law. A particularly interesting question is what requirements the provider of an AI system must fulfil if he wants to build his AI system on an existing GPAI model. Comments are welcome!
