PROF. ŠKRBIĆ TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 7TH UK-GERMAN FRONTIERS OF HUMANITIES SYMPOSIUM

Prof. Škrbić will participate in the 7th UK-German Frontiers of Humanities Symposium on “Truth, Justice and Peace”, which will take place on 10–12 June 2026 in Bonn. The symposium is jointly organized by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and the British Academy. Participation is by invitation only, and the event brings together 30 scholars from the United Kingdom and Germany for interdisciplinary exchange and the development of future international collaborations.

The symposium will explore how scholars and communities conceptualize and pursue truth, justice, and peace; how transitional justice and peace processes interact with local knowledge, traditions, interests, and values; and how identities and historical narratives shape efforts to address past conflicts and injustices.

Prof. Škrbić’s participation reflects her ongoing research on transitional justice, international law, and post-conflict societies.
