Advertisement for three tutor positions (m/f/d) (4 h/week)

At theFaculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science, the Chair of Sociological Theories and Cultural Sociology is seeking to fill the following positions as of 01.05.2026

three tutor positions (m/f/d) (4 h/week)

until 25.07.2026 for one student each. The duration of employment is based on the WissZeitVG and the SächsHSG in conjunction with the Guidelines of the TdL for Student Assistants and Research Assistants of 28.02.2024.

Tasks:

In SoSe26, reading group tutorials will take place in the BA degree program GKS for the lecture "Discovery of Society", each of which will be supervised by a tutor. The aim is to discuss texts from the lecture and to provide support with exam preparation.

Prerequisites:

• Enrolled student at a German university
• Reliability, independence
• Conscientiousness, diligence, commitment

Please note:

These tutorials and thus the tutor contracts from SoSe26 will be continued in WS26/27. The willingness to do so is a prerequisite for employment.

A further prerequisite for employment is that the examination in the theory module has already been completed.
