Conference Covid, Crisis, Care and Change?

International conference 18th and 19th March 2021

Who has to go on short-time work and who goes into home office? Who looks after the children and who closes the door? Which work is relevant to the system and whose health is it not?

Due to the intensification of contradictions during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis social inequalities in the social spheres of production, reproduction and state regulation that had been inherent to the pre-pandemic world became more visible than ever before. At the conference Covid, Crisis, Care and Change? international scholars will examine how fundamental and sustainable the social changes over the course of the pandemic are at the social levels of labour, care work and state regulation in their gender dimensions.

The event is open to the public, with advance registration requested. Because of the current pandemic, the conference will take place online. If you would like to participate, please go to REGISTRATION.
