As part of the series "GenderLectures" of the Gender Concept Group of TU Dresden in cooperation with the Chair of Romance Linguistics
Voice assistants now not only offer male and female voices, but there are also options that cannot be easily assigned to either of the two binary gender images. In this lecture, I shed light on what this gender ambiguity consists of and what effects it has.
