Report on the Strategic International­isation (DAAD Report)

In light of increasing political tensions and conflicts worldwide, international university cooperations and academic exchanges are also coming under pressure. "Making international cooperation resilient" was the title of a conference to which the DAAD invited university representatives from three of its structural internationalization programmes last year. Prof. Dr. Horlacher spoke about the International Study and Training Partnership (ISAP) between Dresden and Colombo as well as the framework conditions and challenges of the partnership.
