The chair’s main fields of research within the realm of British Cultural Studies are in the studies of complicity and affect, narratives of mental health, (queer) masculinities and hooliganism, as well as studies on power and cultural hegemony, subjectivity and identity, on posthumanism, ecocriticism, and the discourse and politics of the Anthropocene.
