Courses of Study

The Institute for English and American Studies offers the following degrees:

• Bachelor English/American Studies
• Master English/American Studies
• Teaching degrees ("Staatsexamen") for elementary school, secondary school, high school and vocational school

The following degrees (which are expiring) are offered, too:

• B.Ed., M.Ed. of general education (English)
• B.Ed., M.Ed. at vocational schools (English)
• Magister
