Taster Lessons at the Language Café

What does Chinese actually sound like? What does Spanish feel like? And how do you say “Hello” in French?
At our language café on October 1, 2026, you can give it a try! Experienced facilitators will take you on a brief journey into German, English, French, Spanish, or Chinese through short 30-minute introductory sessions . You’ll learn your first words for a lively introduction to the language or gain new insights as an advanced learner.
No pressure—just curiosity, fun, and the chance to meet people from all over the world.
The event is open to everyone in Dresden—students and non-students, international and German residents, young and old, and everyone in between
