Study at the Chair of Soil Biodiversity
Professor Xylander represents phylogeny and systematics of invertebrates in several parts of the master course as well as taxonomy and ecology of invertebrates.
He is responsible for the module "Taxonomy and Systematics of Animals" (first semester 10 ECTS) and the module "Museum & Collections" (third semester 5 ECTS).

The Chair is significantly involved in two MSc programs:
Organismic and Molecular Biodiversity
The aim of our courses is to get to know relevant soil animal groups and field ecology research (including statistical analysis). There is the possibility to do internships and master theses in the Department of Soil Zoology.
