Study Commissions

The Academic Council appoints the members of the study commissions in consultation with the Faculty Student Council. Independent lecturers and students of IHI Zittau belong to them on an equal basis.

The study commission ensures the sensible organization and proper implementation of teaching and learning activities, as well as the proper conduct of studies. It submits proposals for changes to the study regulations, the course of study, and module descriptions.

The Dean of Studies is a member of the study commissions by virtue of his office and chairs them. The Dean of Studies is the Director's representative for all study matters.
