Career orientation in the Neisse Euroregion - on-site workshop in Hejnice offers practical insights
As part of the Interreg project ERNILAC, the first face-to-face workshop took place in Hejnice from May 6 to 7, 2025. Students from the Neisse Euroregion came together to take an in-depth look at career entry opportunities and requirements on the cross-border job market.
The two-day program focused on interactive workshops in which, among other things, simulated job interviews were conducted and motivation letters were developed. HR experts accompanied the exercises with practical tips and individual feedback - a real added value for the participants.
The students also gained valuable insights into career opportunities in the Neisse Euroregion and took the opportunity to talk to representatives of local employers in person.
The excursions to the companies ZF in Frýdlant and Siemens Energy in Görlitz were a particular highlight. On site, the participants were given exclusive insights into the production facilities and the working methods of internationally active industrial companies - a practical approach to the world of work that is likely to be remembered for a long time.
