Workshop against racism

On January 22, 2026, a four-hour workshop entitled “From Diversity to Discrimination – Understanding Racism as an Example” took place at the International University Institute (IHI) in Zittau. The event was organized in cooperation with the Network for Democracy and Courage e.V. and focused on examining various forms of group-focused enmity in everyday life.

It should be noted that the initiative to hold this workshop came from the student body of the IHI itself. This underscores the special commitment of the students at the International University Institute in Zittau to socially relevant issues. The Chair of Responsible Management at the IHI expressly supports such initiatives and is pleased to be able to contribute to democratic awareness and capacity for action through this format.
