Invitation to the event: Susann Ehrhardt (Silicon Saxony e.V.) The Added Value of Internationally open-minded Companies

How relevant is "global open-mindedness" for companies - and what exactly do we gain from it? What is sometimes seen as a buzzword or a necessary evil can attract far more than "just" international specialists. In an interactive presentation, we will look at the added value that practicing (global) openness can offer companies and society. We will also discuss the role of HR development - what it can achieve and which other pillars need to come into play for a welcoming corporate culture. Using practical examples and suggestions for (self-)reflection, we will look at the links between international competition, skills shortages and organisational development, and then move down to the micro level to understand what skills (future) managers need in order to act in an economically responsible way on a daily basis.
