Learning Objectives
Students will gain insight into the impact of international and European law as a framework condition for corporate economic activity. They will develop an understanding of the connections and differences between these legal systems and German commercial law. They are able to research relevant legal provisions and work with legal documents. They possess analytical thinking skills that foster general problem-solving abilities. In addition, they have the necessary presentation and discussion skills.
