AHA with "Vibro-Acoustical Analyses of a Dishwasher" at the DAGA 2019 in Rostock, Germany

Dishwashers have a complex overall sound generation mechanism including the mechanical vibrations coming from rotating machinery and vibrations induced by random water splashes in different directions and different velocities over the inner surface of the tub. This article at the DAGA conference of the German Society for Acoustics (DEGA) aims to examine the main noise generation mechanisms and transfer paths of a dishwasher.
