The chair of Acoustics and Haptics contributes to IEEE MMSP 2021

The chair of Acoustics and Haptics took part online in the IEEE 23rd International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing, organized in Tampere, Finland, between October 6th-8th . The presented work, titled "Preliminary Study of Upper-Body Haptic Feedback Perception on Cinematic Experience", analyses the influence of upper torso haptic feedback on users' perception while watching a short film, obtaining positive results regarding its favourable effect towards a more inmersive experience.
