Teaching material
Content of the course	The module covers the functionalities and basic design principles of digital circuits. Qualification goals: After completing the module, students will be familiar with innovative industrial concepts and current issues in the field of VLSI circuit technology, circuit-specific features of nanoscale CMOS technologies, methods for reducing power loss (low-power circuit technologies), measures for increasing the processing speed in high-speed circuits and interfaces, and they will be able to analyze the statistical influences of manufacturing technologies. circuits and interfaces and they are able to take into account the statistical influences of production technologies.
