Sponsorship Opportunities Available!

MOCAST 2025 offers three sponsorship packages (w/wo options): Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each package provides varying levels of involvement in conference awards, social events, and exhibition space. Details are highlighted below:

SILVER SPONSORSHIP

(750€ VAT included)

• Company name and logo at basic size (up to half a page) in the conference program and printed materials, and at basic size dimensions in promotional materials.
• Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP

(1500€ VAT included)

• Company name and logo at basic size (up to half a page) in the conference program and printed materials, and at basic size dimensions in promotional materials.
• One (1) full conference registration.
• Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP

(3000€ VAT included)

• Company name and logo at maximum size (up to a full page) in the conference program and printed materials, and at maximum size dimensions in promotional materials.
• Company logo on all conference awards (e.g. Best Paper Award).
• Stand with a roll up banner in each lecture room.
• Two (2) full conference registrations.
• Opportunity to give an industrial keynote talk.
• Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

Options for Hospitality Sponsorship:

Coffee Break sponsor - 250 € VAT included per break.

• Served twice daily to all participants during official coffee breaks in the exhibition hall.
• Company logo at each serving point and
• Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

Lunch sponsor - 500 € VAT included per lunch.

• Lunches will be served to all participants every day.
• Stand with a roll up banner in the lunchroom.
• Inclusion in the list of sponsors.

Gala event sponsor - 1500 € VAT included.

• All participants will be invited to the gala event.
• Company name linked to the event in all conference publicity including the final program.
• Two (2) complimentary tickets.
