Honorary Professor from the Department of Electrical Power Engineering at TUD becomes new President of CIGRÉ

Hon.-Prof. Dr. techn. Dr.-Ing. habil. Konstantin O. Papailiou was elected as the new President of CIGRÉ at the CIGRÉ 2024 session in Paris last week. The Institute of Electric Power Supply and High Voltage Technology congratulates Prof. Papailiou on this excellent award. We wish Prof. Papailiou much strength, success and good ideas in helping to shape change in the electrical energy supply sector.
