Scope/Topics

All topics concerning the epitaxy of III-V compounds are welcome at the workhop. This can include, e.g.:

• nano and quantum structures
• surface properties
• homo and hetero epitaxy
• light emitters and high power electrical devices
• technical advancements in epitaxy
• novel materials, e.g. nitrides, phosphides, arsenides, antimonides
