The professorship represents the field of micro and nanoelectronics in teaching. The focus of the courses is on existing and emerging memory technologies (Memory Technology), semiconductor- and microtechnology as well as innovative devices (Innovative Semiconductor Devices).

In addition, the department is involved in the teaching of correct academic work (Academic and Scientific Work).

The students are given the opportunity to do their study work/ diploma thesis / project work / bachelor and master thesis at our chair.
