Overview of projects in the Future Energy Lab
The research focus of the Future Energy Lab is on pioneering methods and technologies for designing a resilient, stable, secure and largely self-sufficient energy supply network (electricity, heating, cooling, gas), taking into account the following challenges:
- Security of supply from renewable sources
- Increasing electrification
- Peak load management and load shifting
- Limited capacities for energy storage systems
- Mapping, controlling and automating grid structures for power transport.
