DFG Priority Programs
Scientists work together on a supra-regional level in a priority program. The research projects are intended to provide tangible impetus for the further development of science through important new topics.
The following current DFG Priority Programs are coordinated by professors from the School of Engineering Sciences:
- from 2025: DaMic - Data-driven alloy and microstructure design of sustainable metallic engineering materials (SPP 2489)
Coordinator: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Markus Kästner, Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering - MemrisTec - Memristive components for intelligent technical systems (SPP 2262)
Coordinator: Prof. Dr. Ronald Tetzlaff, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering -
FFlexCOM - Frequency Flexible Bendable Electronics for Wireless Communication Systems (SPP 1796)
Coordinator: Prof. Dr. Frank Ellinger, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering
