Applied Computational Life Science
This is an application-oriented research project work done in the hosting group. Students learn how to structure a solution process, design solution-oriented software systems and benchmark them. They learn how to analyze the pros and cons of their solution and propose potential improvements.
Contents
Independent work on a research project in the MOSAIC Group in the area of computational life sciences, typically applying some of your methods and tools to actual biomedical data in order to address a practical problem.
