Florian Schier & Daniel Badeja present VRAD at SPIN2030
On Friday, March 8, 2024, Florian Schier, Daniel Badeja, and colleagues from the Junior Professorship in Immersive Media presented the work of the third-party-funded VRAD project to the general public at the SPIN2030 science festival. At the project group's stand at the Technische Sammlungen Dresden, the public had the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in extended reality and, among other demonstrated virtual environments, prove their courage in the face of extreme heights. Besides old and young science enthusiasts, the prototype developed for psychotherapy in shared virtual scenarios was also presented to the prime minister of Saxony, Michael Kretschmer.
We would like to thank everyone involved, especially the members of the EKFZ for Digital Health, for their active support on site!
