Not for nothing is Dresden called the Florence on the Elbe: here you will find plenty of museums, theaters, cabarets and cinemas and can enjoy any kind of music outdoors or in concert halls. Dresden is considered the capital of student clubs, the many green spaces and parks, the inviting Elbe meadows and the river in the middle of the city are popular meeting places. And in addition, you have the Saxon Switzerland with great hiking and climbing opportunities on your doorstep.
