The Guide to Privacy and Security provides orientation within our Teaching Portfolio.
Undergraduate Studies: At the undergraduate level, we teach the foundations of IT security and privacy. The mandatory course Security (Sicherheit) provides the central introduction to the field. Additional courses allow students to further deepen their knowledge already at the undergraduate level.
Graduate Studies: At the graduate level, we offer advanced courses on current topics in security, privacy, and resilient systems. These courses deepen both foundational knowledge and methods and concepts for the design and analysis of secure systems.
Research-Oriented Studies: As students progress through their studies, engagement with current research becomes increasingly important. Seminars provide opportunities for an in-depth analysis of scientific literature and current research questions. Research projects allow students to investigate their own questions using practical and methodological approaches.
