Work areas
As the FSR MW, we want to provide you with the best possible support during your studies and always be at your side with help and advice. To this end, we have a number of working areas that deal with specific topics. This means you can ask your questions to real experts - we present the most important areas here:
- Our main task is to solve every possible problem - even those not listed here. Never hesitate to email us, call us or drop by!
- Do you have questions about the lecture or need help for your next internship? On Contact, the contact page of the Faculty Student Council Mechanical Engineering at the TU, you will find our e-mail address. Then you can send us all your questions.
- At the beginning of each winter semester, we organize the freshman orientation, a series of events to help you get started with your studies.
- If you have any problems with your studies and have to deal with the Examination Office or the Examination Committee, get in touch with us! Our members of the Examination Committee offer you help and support with applications and everything else you need to successfully master the situation.
- The FSR MW has a large number of items that you can rent for a small deposit or loan fee. These include a barbecue, tents, mulled wine stoves and a hand truck. You can find a complete list of all items here.
- Studying doesn't just mean cramming for the next exam. The FSR MW organizes smaller and larger events throughout the year, from the big ESE week to other celebrations and barbecues to the Christmas party.
- Are you active in a university group or do you organize something for the student body? The FSR can provide financial support for your projects, either in the form of guarantees or financial injections. Get in touch with us and find out more!
- Our public relations work is yours: If you need a platform to promote your projects, we can provide you with display stands or the monitor in front of our office.
- Take a look at this website! We have put a lot of effort into making tips, official documents, information on how to get involved and much more easily accessible for you.
