The contents of the regulations are binding for the FSR MW. Guidelines are intended as a decision-making aid, but are not binding.

Regulations
Student council regulations
The student council regulations of our student council form the basis of the work of the FSR. They regulate
- the legal status and tasks of the Student Council for Mechanical Engineering,
- the rights and duties of its members
- the function, composition and election of the FSR MW,
- the position and duties of the members of the FSR MW,
- the meetings of the FSR MW,
- the decision-making of the FSR MW,
- the tasks of the General Assembly and how it is convened.
Financial regulations
The financial regulations are a supplement to the student council regulations and are therefore part of them. They contain all the provisions on the budget and financial management of our student council. If you would like to apply for money from us, you will find all the information here. In particular, it regulates
- the tasks of the treasurer,
- payment transactions,
- the authorization of payments.
Rules of procedure
The rules of procedure regulate the course of the meetings of the FSR MW. They are also a supplement to the student council regulations. Here you will find all information on motions, deadlines, discussion rules and meeting dates. If you are attending one of our meetings or submitting a motion, these rules will be helpful.
Guidelines
Borrowing policy
We lend out a wide range of practical equipment for your move or your next party. The lending policy contains everything you need to know about fees, deposits and reservations. You will also find a list of all items that can be borrowed.
Funding guideline
Are you planning an excursion, a student exchange or another project? We are happy to support you.
The funding guideline contains the conditions and possibilities for your funding. We can support projects that fall within the remit of the student body. The tasks of the student body are defined in §24 of the Saxon Higher Education Freedom Act.
To authorize payments, please also refer to the financial regulations of the student body MW above.
Participation policy
These conditions of participation apply to all our events with a limited number of participants. You must agree to the participation guidelines if you wish to take part in one of these events.
Computer usage policy
The computer usage guideline regulates the use of and access to the FSR's internal IT infrastructure.
Transponder guideline
The transponder guideline regulates the issue of transponders and access to the FSR premises.
