Visit of a Thai delegation
On July 30th 2021, a Thai delegation including the minister from the Royal Thai Embassy Ms. Viphawan Benniman visited TU Dresden to hear about hydrogen research.
Dr. Frances Zedler welcomed the Thai delegation, presented the hydrogen research and answered the numerous questions. This was followed by a visit to the hydrogen leak test stand at the Chair of Hydrogen and Nuclear Energy Energy, where Mr. Fabian Morgenstern demonstrated the leak test of a heat exchanger for electrolysers. Another station of the Thai delegation was the cryogenic temperature laboratory of the Bitzer-Chair of Refrigeration, Cryogenics and Compressor Technology. There Mr. Julian Will and Mr. Sebastian Eisenhut presented the test facility for hydrogen liquefaction after an experimental introduction to the subject of cryogenics.
