Welding internship: project and practical experience
As part of the annual welding internship held during the semester break, ten participants took the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills in the arc laboratory. The duration of the internship was two weeks, during which both theoretical fundamentals and practical experience in welding were taught.
A central aspect of the internship was the project in which the participants worked together to design and implement an icosahedron. This challenging geometric object required precise preparation and welding techniques that were further developed during the internship. The project allowed participants to deepen their welding skills and understand the importance of precise work processes.
In addition to the main project, participants had the opportunity to work on individual projects where they could contribute their own ideas and creativity. These independent projects expanded practical knowledge and promoted the application of welding technology in a variety of contexts.
The internship ended with a final barbecue where participants had the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and share ideas about their projects. This gathering provided an opportunity to network and strengthen the community of welding enthusiasts.
