Laserstrahlabtragen / -reinigen
Grundlage des Laserstrahlabtragens und –reinigens ist das Verdampfen des Materials bzw. der Verschmutzung. Der Energieeintrag durch das Laserlicht erfolgt dabei mit sehr hohen Intensitäten und sehr kurzen Wechselwirkungszeiten zwischen Strahl und Werkstück. Kurze Einwirkzeiten können durch gepulste Strahlung oder hohe Relativgeschwindigkeiten erreicht werden. Für das Abtragen und Reinigen stehen Excimer-, Festkörper-, Faser- und CO2-Laser in unterschiedlichen Leistungsklassen zur Verfügung. Hohe Abtragsraten sind durch Einsatz von Scannerablenksystemen in Verbindung mit kontinuierlich arbeitenden Lasern mit Ausgangsleistungen im kW-Bereich realisierbar.
Die geringe laterale Ausdehnung und sehr flexible
Strahlablenkung des Arbeitsspots sowie die berührungslose
Wirkweise prädestinieren den Laser für die ortselektive
Bearbeitung.
