Promotion Yuhao Shi

Yuhao Shi successfully defended his dissertation at the 10.04.2026 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at TU Dresden. His thesis Modellierung und Simulation von stimuli-responsiven Hydrogelen unter Verwendung des poromechanis­chen Frameworks provides an important contribution to the modeling of hydrogels. The thesis was performed in the framework of the GRK 1865:  "Hydrogel-based Microsystems" at the Institute of Solid Mechanics.

During his oral defense, Mr. Shi presented his research findings and answered successfully questions from the examination committee.
